Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Security and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has received the enclosed register from our RTA -Link Intime India Private Limited regarding the duplicate share certificates of the Company that have been issued.Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MJRSD/MIRSD _ RTAMB/P/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 a letter of confirmation will be issued to the securities holder / claimant upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates.
