CRAVATEX LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022.Please note that for specified persons and their dependents the trading window in respect of the Companys securities has been closed with effect from 1st January 2023 and they shall not deal in securities of the Company till the opening of the trading window which shall be 48 hours after the results are made public.
