Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Mr. Dharmesh Jain - Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned with effect from the closure of working hours of 03 February 2023 due to personal reasons. Consequent to the said resignation Mr. Dharmesh Jain has ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company and member of Risk Management Committee of the Company with effect from the closure of working hours of 03 February 2023.
