Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31 2022 as per IND-AS Rules of Company (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules 2015.2. Any other matter with due permission of chairman.Further Trading window for all the Directors Key Managerial Personnel Designated Employees and other connected persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys policy on Insider Trading has already been closed effective from 1st January 2023 and shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31 2022 are made public.
