Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Mr. Neeraj Kohli Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company would be retiring from the services of the Company w.e.f. close of working hours of March 31 2023.Consequently the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7th February 2023 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee has appointed Mrs. Amruta Avasare (Membership No: A18844) as a Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. April 1 2023.
