HITTCO TOOLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve This has reference to our letter dated 01.02.2023 informing that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Hittco Tools Limited (the Company) to be held on Wednesday 08th February 2023 inter alia to consider and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31.12.2022 and other matters has been adjourned otherwise than for want of Quorum and the said meeting will continue to be held on Monday 13th February 2023.This intimation is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time.
