Considered and approved Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2022 (Annexure - A).<BR> <BR> b. Considered Limited Review Report dated February 10 2023 issued by the Statutory Auditors M/s. Raman S. Shah & Associates Chartered Accountants for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 (Annexure - B).
