It has come to our notice that there is huge volatility seen in the share price of our company. We have cautioned all the investor earlier about such volatility and unauthorized and fake YouTube videos.Recently BSE had also put the name of our company in caution list of stock exchange based on some unauthorized social media news relating to company. We have already raised various complains with authorities in regards to such news and also have requested the platforms to remove such videos.We will request all stakeholders to go through recently published quarterly results on 14/02/2023 for quarter ended 31/12/2022. The company has nothing more than the declared result and any news / tip / information/ gossip about takeovers huge expansion etc. are not in business plan of the company as of now and investors are requested not to rely on such baseless and unauthorized news/ tips/ information etc.
