This is to draw your attention that pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/CIR/2021/655 dated 3rd November 2021 and further clarification vide its Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/687 dated 14th December 2021 the Company had sent letter to the physical shareholders through speed post on 11th January 2022 and reminder through registered post on 29th January 2023 respectively requesting them to update their PAN KYC and Nomination details as stipulated in the said Circulars. The Company is once again sending final reminder letter to shareholders through Registered Post who have not yet updated the desired details. The requisite standardised Forms for the aforesaid purposes are available on the website of the Company i.e. www.bhilspin.com under the Investor Relations section. The copy of intimation being sent to physical shareholders is attached for reference and records.
