Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that Mr. Piyush Khandelwal Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation w.e.f. February 28 2023. Consequent to his resignation Mr. Piyush Khandelwal also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
