Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform that Mr. Swapnil Soni (Membership No.: 64139) Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company vide his letter dated March 13 2023 has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company to pursue an alternative career opportunity. He shall be relieved of his duties with effect from the close of business hours of Monday March 13 2023. The Company is in the process of appointing a successor for the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer which shall be duly intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.The requisite details as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Schedule III and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 are enclosed as Annexure - A.
