This has reference to our Letter Ref: SCIL/SEC/2022 dated 26th November 2022 whereby we had intimated you that at the hearing held on 23rd November 2022 before the Honble Delhi High Court (Honble Court) in the petitions challenging the Central Government Notification mandating use of Glyphosate only through Pest Control Operators the Additional Solicitor General had submitted that the said Notification will not be implemented for a period of three months.At the subsequent hearing held in the matter on 7th March 2023 the Counsel of the Central Government has stated before the Honble Court that the undertaking given by the Additional Solicitor General on 23rd November 2023 shall be continued for further four months. The Honble Delhi High Court has determined 19th July 2023 as the next date of hearing in the matter.
