This is to inform you that further to the exercise of options under DBCL ESOS 2011 and DBCL ESOS 2021 by certain employees the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved by way of Circular Resolution dated 16th March 2023 the allotment of 36013 (Thirty Six Thousand and Thirteen) fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Face Value (FV) of Rs. 10/- each.
