Dear SirPursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations we wish to inform you that Mr. Sanhit Jain (DIN: 05338933) who was appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company has conveyed to the Board that due to personal reasons he would be unable to continue as Whole Time Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect i.e. from March 20 2023. Hence Mr Sanhit Jain shall cease to be a Whole Time Director of the Company i.e. from March 20 2023.
