This is to inform that the Special Resolution as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 9th February 2023 regarding Reappointment of Mr. Nitesh Jain (DIN: 08077578) and Reappointment of Mr. Rahul Kanungo (DIN: 08117162) as Non-executive Independent Director of the company not liable to retire by rotation for a second term of 5 (Five) consecutive years from the date of 26/03/2023 to 25/03/2028 has been approved by the Members of the Company with requisite majority.
