The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide gazette notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/22 dated May 5 2021 has mandated that the Listed Entity shall produce a certificate under Regulation 40(9) on yearly basis. Accordingly please find enclosed the Certificate under Sub Regulation (9) and (10) of the Regulation 40 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 from a Practicing Company Secretary in respect of year ended March 31 2023 (Period 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023).
