Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/ 144 dated November 26 2018 (the said circular) regarding submission of Annual Disclosure by listed entities which are not identified as large corporates are required to submit a confirmation of non-applicability of the said circular to the exchange in the specified mode. In this regard we inform you that the TTI Enterprise Limited is not identified as a Large Corporate as per the said circular as on 31st March 2023.
