With reference to the provisions of the above captioned we hereby confirm and undertake that Simbhaoli Sugars Limited is not a Large Corporate as per the Criteria specified in para 2.2 of SEBI Circular Ref.: SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10 2021 for the year ended March 31 2023. Accordingly the Disclosure in Annexure - A to the said Circular is not applicable.
