We wish to inform that pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee by way of Resolution passed by Circulation on 2nd May 2023the Board of Directors of Kamdhenu Limited (the Company) has considered and approved the appointment of Shri Baldev Raj Sachdeva (DIN: 00016325) as an AdditionalDirector in the category Non - Executive Independent Director of the company for a term of 3 (Three) years w.e.f 2nd May 2023 to 1st May 2026 (both days inclusive) subject tothe approval of Shareholders of the Company.
