Voluntary Retirement Scheme

We would like to inform you as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR ) regulation 2015 about Recently Voluntary Retirement Scheme introduced in MMTC LTD in which around 85 Officials opted for the scheme and involves an ex gratia of Rs 38 Crores ( Approx) VRS was introduced in order to curtail the manpower strength due to non business activities in the company .
