Simbhaoli Sugars Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday May 12 2023 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter and year ended on March 31 2023. Further to our Notice dated March 30 2023 the trading window for the Companys share will remain closed till 48 hours from declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023 i.e. two trading days after the Board Meeting upto Tuesday May 16 2022 (inculsive).
