Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday July 20 2023 to Thursday July 27 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend. Dividend if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid on or after July 31 2023.We are also enclosing notice of Book Closure in the format (Annexure A) as prescribed by the Stock Exchange.
