We hereby confirm that the Company Shri Kalyan Holdings Limited is not a Large Corporate as per the criteria specified in Para 2.2 of SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26 2018 for the year ended on March 2023.with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities and accordingly the aforesaid circular and disclosure requirements are not applicable to the Company. As and when we fall under the said criteria in future we shall inform you and fulfill all the said requirements as applicable for Large Corporates (LC). This confirmation is pursuant to BSE Circular LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11 2019.
