SUNSHIELD CHEMICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve the audited financial results and financial statements of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023. 2. To consider and recommend final dividend if any for the financial year ended 31st March 2023.Further in continuation of our intimation on closure of trading window on 29th March 2023 and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives till 18th May 2023.
