HINDUSTAN MEDIA VENTURES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Please note that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 16th May 2023 to inter-alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2023 and to consider recommendation of dividend if any for the financial year 2022-23 (subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting).We further inform that in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed till Thursday 18th May 2023.
