Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR this is to inform that Board of Directors in its meeting held on 09.05.2023 has approved appointment of Shri Manish Kumar Agarwal as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of PFC w.e.f. 1st May 2023. The particulars required as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements Regulation 2015 are given below:Reason for change viz. appointment:Shri Manish Kumar Agarwal has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company w.e.f. 01.05.2023 vice Shri Manohar Balwani who superannuated from the service of the Company on 30.04.2023.Brief Profile (in case of Appointment):Shri Manish Kumar Agarwal is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate having deep insight in areas of Corporate Laws Corporate Governance and related matters. He has diverse work experience of 19 years in PFC in portfolios such as Secretarial & Compliance Legal etc.
