The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 11 2023 inter alia have approved subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company:(a) Re-Appointment of Mr. Pramodkumar Shriyansprasad Jain (DIN: 00380458) as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 3 years with effect from November 1 2023. (b) Re-Appointment of Mr. Krishnamoorthy Krishnan (DIN: 08129657) as an Independent Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from May 22 2023.
