SJVN Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday 22nd May 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 and recommend the final dividend if any for the financial year 2022-23.
