We wish to inform you that the 2nd Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Tuesday i.e. May 09 2023 at 12:00 Noon through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).Further please be informed that the said Meeting was successfully convened by the RP Mr. Saurabh Chawla on May 09 2023. Pursuant to the discussion in the meeting resolution(s) proposed and put to vote before CoC for their consideration/approval and the same was approved by the CoC members with requisite majority.
