In terms of Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors have authorized Mr. Praveen Kumar Mundra Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company for the purpose of determining the materiality of any event or transaction and for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchange.
