Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby notify following change in the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 03.03.2023:Vide letter no. SS-11012/1/2022-SU Office Order (No. 02/2023) dated 10.05.2023 the Ministry of Ports Shipping and Waterways has informed that Capt. Binesh Kumar Tyagi (DIN:08966904) CMD The Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) will also hold the additional charge of the post of Directors (L&PS) SCI for period of 6 (six) months w.e.f. 03.03.2023 to 02.09.2023 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders whichever is the earliest.
