Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Ltd. has informed Stock Exchange that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 26 2023 inter alia has recommended a Final dividend of Rs. 0.40/- (Rupees Forty Paisa) i.e. @ 40% per equity share having face value of Re.1/- each aggregating to Rs. 199.78 Lakhs for the financial year 2022-23. The payment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
