Board Meeting Outcome for Audited Financial Results -Q4 & FY Ended 31St March2023

1) The statement of Audited stand alone and consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 was approved. Financial Statements and auditors Reports were attached 2) The Board recommended a final dividend of 15 % (Rs.1.50 per Share) in addition to the Interim dividend aggregating to 15% already paid.
