GVHL/REG-29/LODR_SEBI/SE/0323/2023-2024 this is to inform you that due to unavailability of some of the directors of the Company the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled for Friday May 26 2023 is postponed and re-scheduled to Tuesday May 302023 inter-alia to consider and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.Further in continuation of our letter dated 31st March 2023 and 17th May 2023 the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company has been closed from Saturday April 012023 till 48 Hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the companys policy for prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended.
