This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of the Listing Regulations the provisions of Regulation 23(9) w.r.t submission of disclosure on Related Party Transactions for the half year ended March 31 2023 is not applicable on the Company since neither the paid up equity share capital nor the net worth of the Company exceeded Rupees Ten Crore and Rupees Twenty Five Crore respectively as on the last day of the previous financial year i.e. 31/03/2023.
