Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Orient Advanced Material Private Limited (OAMPL) (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) has further issued and allotted 50000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 990/- on a preferential basis to the Company (the Holding Company of OAMPL) on 26th May 2023. There will be no change in the status. OAMPL will remain a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. Kindly take the same on record.
