Audit reports (Standalone and Consolidated) on the annual audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023 in the format prescribed under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 with the unmodified opinion of the Statutory Auditors.3. Annual Audited financial statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended March 31 2023 along with the notes to the financial statements.
