With reference to the above subject the provisions of Regulation 24A read with Regulation 15(2)(a) - Applicability criteria of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is not applicable to the company since the companys paid up equity share capital is not exceeding Rupees Ten Crore and the Net Worth is not exceeding Rupees Twenty Five Crore as on the last day of the previous financial year. Therefore the compliance with Regulation 24A pertaining to the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report is not applicable to the Company.
