In compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time the Postal Ballot Notice is being sent by electronic mode only to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners and whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company i.e. Alankit Assignments Limited and the Depositories viz. National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday 19th May 2023.
