In terms of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Board of the Directors of the Company at its board meeting held today i.e. On Monday 29th May 2023 at registered office of the Company have considered and approved Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth Quarter and financial year ended March 31st 2023.Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit the following: 1. Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth Quarter and financial year ended March 31st 2023.2. Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow as at 31st March 2023.3.
