In pursuant to regulation 43 and other applicable regulation of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015. We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on today i.e. Monday May 29 2023 has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.50 (Fifty Paisa Only) i.e. 5% per equity share of Rs. 10 each face value for the Financial Year 2022-23 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
