Further to our letter dated May 18 2023 and Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and all other applicable Regulation of the SEBI LODR (as amended) please find enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated May 18 2023 seeking approval for passing the following resolution by means of Postal Ballot through remote E-voting: 1. Re-appointment of and remuneration payable to Mr. Ganesh Argekar (DIN: 06865379) Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director of the Company.This Postal Ballot Notice being sent through e-mail only to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company or whose names appear on the Register of Members/list of Beneficial Owners received from the RTA NSDL and the CDSL as on May 26 2023 i.e. Cut-off date. The remote E-voting will commence on June 2 2023 at 09:00 Hours (IST) and shall end on July 1 2023 at 17:00 Hours (IST). The result of Postal Ballot will be declared on or before July 4 2023.
