This is to inform you that at the Board of Directors of the Company held on 13th July 2023 transacted and approved the following:<BR> 1. Approved the un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023. The Financial Results and the Limited Audit Report is attached herewith. <BR> In terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI LODR Regulations the Auditors have given unmodified opinion on the unaudited financial results.<BR> 2. Re-appointed Mr. Pradip R. Shroff as a Managing Director for further five years with effect from 15th July 2023 subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
