This is in reference to the disclosures made on 16th June 2023 and 17th June 2023 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 - SEBI order imposing penalty on the Company. We hereby wish to inform you that the Company has duly complied with SEBI order dated June 14 2023 (received vide email dated June 16 2023) and accordingly remitted the payment of Rs. 600000/- (Rupees Six lakh only) in full on July 14 2023.
