The Certificate of Non applicability/Non submission of the Corporate Governance Report for the quarter ended June 30 2023 under regulation 27(2) read with Regulation 15 (2)(a) of chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015 given by the Managing Director of the company Mr. Shaileshbhai Parshottambhai Bavishiya is attached herewith as the paid up capital not exceeding Rs. 10 crore and net worth of the company not exceeding Rs. 25 Crore as on 30th June 2023.
