PRADEEP METALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 4th August 2023 inter alia to consider approve and take on record amongst other business Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. In Compliance with the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations 2018 and the Companys internal code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons the trading window closure period has commenced from 30th June 2023 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 4th August 2023.
