Any other item as permitted by the Chair.Further pursuant to Code of Conduct for internal procedure and to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by insider framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for all the insiders Designated persons and their relatives till the end of Forty Eight hours after the Un-Audited Financial results for Quarter ended June 30 2023 has been declared and made public.
