Addendum notice to the 34th Annual General Meeting Notice Notice dated 05th July 2023 issued by company dated 13th July 2023 with respect to shareholders approval on the resolutions stated in the notice of 34th AGM.The Board of directors approved the addendum to the notice of 34th AGM with reference to the Resolution no 7 of said notice with reference to obtain the shareholders approval for preferential allotment of Equity Shares to the shareholders of Digigames Private Limited (DPL) in share swap on other than cash basis.This addendum notice to the 34th AGM notice shall be deemed to be integral par of the Original Notice of 34th AGM dated 05th July 2023.
