Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LORD) 2015 we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 12th August 2023 Saturday to approve the unaudited financial results for the June quarter of 2022-2023. Further pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohobition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company the Trading Window shall remain closed from 09th August to 12th August 2023(Both days inclusive) for Directors and designated Employees as defined in the Code.
