Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on August 3 2023 has granted 143944 stock options under Companys Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2021 (ESOS - 2021) to the identified employees of the Company. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with applicable SEBI Circular is enclosed herewith as Annexure -1 .
